Residential Sales in the BVI

At Red Coral we understand that ‘luxury’ means different things to different people. We represent a portfolio of villas to suit all requirements from beautiful, quiet properties with discreet, almost invisible staff to a discernible team including onsite full-time managers and chefs.  For guests not requiring a full-time chef, we can recommend the best bars, restaurants and arrange for a local or gourmet takeaway delivered to your villa.

All our villas are professionally managed, cleaned and maintained to the highest standards including all basic expectations, private pool, airconditioned bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a selection of games, hairdryers, quality linens and toiletries, provisioning pre-arrival and an updated guide with frequently asked questions and concierge services.

Many of our villas have water sports including snorkelling equipment, paddle boards and kayaks. We can also arrange for you to hire any from local, reputable suppliers.   We work with only the best yachts and motor vessels to meet your diving and day charter needs.  With over 60 islands, islets and cays to explore in under 60 square miles, we highly recommend that you spend at least one of your days discovering our stunning beaches, spectacular coral and fun spots.  Our car hire and taxi companies offer a range of well-maintained vehicles for you to explore the islands by road.  If you want to explore the entire BVI in one day, we can arrange a helicopter for a breathtakingly beautiful, unforgettable experience.

If you want to explore nature, head to the spa, be on the water or just enjoy the warm beauty of the BVI we can help you plan your stay. We love children and grandparents and can arrange for specialist equipment and foods as needed (walkers, buggies cots, high-chairs, stairgates etc).

All villas and hotels in the BVI are subject to service charge and 10% hotel accommodation tax which will be added on to your rate and prepaid prior to arrival.

Long Term Rentals

Relocating to the BVI is exciting but learning about the rental opportunities can be overwhelming. Identifying what location will work best and what you get for your money can be challenging. In turn if you are already in the BVI and moving out of your family home for the first time or need a bigger property as your family expands it is not always easy to know what you should expect to spend to get what you need.

Property & Estate Management

We manage a very small portfolio of properties for clients who have investments here in the BVI but who reside elsewhere. Our involvement is fully scalable from complete property and financial management to simply offering help on an adhoc basis to find the right suppliers to ensure the property is kept in optimum condition.


Consultancy is at the very core of what we do and underpins our approach. We offer it readily and freely to all of our clients. For those travelling on private planes we can arrange for overnight accommodation for pilots and provisioning for return trips.
