Belmont is a delightful residential community on the most western peninsular of Tortola. Facing the north shore with views of the ocean and nearby Jost Van Dyke this is a wonderful four bedroom home. A private drive leads to a large parking and turning area. Stone stairs nestled between landscaped gardens lead to the main living areas. There is a gated pool and sun deck, perfect for protecting younger family members, and a large exterior deck with a build in BBQ and basketball play area, again surrounded by lush landscaping. The villa is in two parts connected by a large, covered patio on the lower level and an open sun deck on the upper level. The first structure had the open plan living / dining and kitchen on the lower level and a large double bedroom with ensuite on the upper level. The second structure has three bedrooms with ensuites, two on the lower level and one on the upper level. This provides great privacy but easy connection to the shared communal spaces.
