Elevated above Smuggler’s Cove on Tortola’s most western peninsular, Pineapple Place is the archetypal Caribbean retreat. With a pristine sandy beach below and a horizon of aqua blue seas this open plan property offers a true escape from the outside world. The main house has three spacious bedrooms with ensuites, two on the lower level and one on the upper level. The heart of the property is the great room on the upper level which offers a 25’ x 18’ living room which leads to the covered exterior porch and the kitchen. This is a wonderful space for relaxing an entertaining and boasts high ceilings and a tiled floor. The kitchen was recently renovated and offers new appliances and contemporary finishes. The deck to the rear offers a BBQ area and as you walk to the pool you pass through a pagoda which is covered in wild orchids. On the other side of the pool is standalone guest cottage with a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and exterior deck. There are striking wooden sculptures fitted around doorways and beautiful finishes throughout.
