Sales Listings 2024 Q4 Seasonal Price Adjustments

As we enter the final quarter of the year it is always a time to reflect after the long summer days and as we plan for the final months of the year.  Seasonal changes in the BVI are subtle but our days are becoming a little shorter and the evenings certainly are becoming a little cooler.  Perhaps the most obvious changes however are the preparations we make in readiness for our peak season with a sharp increase in visitors starting in late October and running through until late April / early May.

Restaurants, bars and resorts will all open up over the next few weeks after the renovations and upgrades made over the summer and staff members will return from their annual breaks rested and ready for a busy season.  It may be autumnal elsewhere, but we have a spring in our step here in the BVI as we get ready for our 24/25 season.

In readiness for the new season sellers may reevaluate their goals and if they are really motivated to exit and secure a buyer, they may review their list price.  Nothing reinvigorates a listing like a price adjustment, and this can be a great time to secure a deal!  See below for an example of some the recent reductions that have been made across different price points and locations in the BVI.

1. Tredfall Villa, Tortola | Was $820,000.00 Now $600,000.00
